However, please note that because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as production begins immediately. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing it.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 90 days of receipt with a photo of the damaged product and we will do our best to address the issue. We may offer a repair or replacement, at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, dislike of product, or incorrect sizing. We encourage you to carefully review our product descriptions, measurements, and photos before placing your order to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
